| hans miyake works as a clerk in (N) library down in morioh. he also works as a semi-successful part-time mangaka. while a few of his books were not very successful, most were featured in magazines as well as one surpassing morioh's own renowned mangaka, rohan kishibe. his hobbies consist of: reading, karaoke, painting and sculpting . . . |

| like everyone, hans has his own flaws. he drinks heavily when upset and tends to stay out late at night during these episodes and 'blacks out'. he is a stubborn and albeit arrogant man, especially when it comes to his own intelligence and occasionally his work. |

| hans loves to spend time both in and outside, playing with his cats in the grass or just kind of sitting there! he dabbles in photography, using a digital camera his sister got him back in 1996 when it had just come out. he spends some time in the library reading or chatting with patrons. |

| he is quite a shy and timid man. all of his life, he was considered antisocial by those around him and his own family. when you get to know him on the other hand, he is a very sweet and loving person with a big heart. and even if he can seem distant at times, he is thinking of said person he is taking time away from and will buy gifts for them as an apology. |
